Marcel Rietveld is an experienced Talent Sourcer and Sourcing trainer. He is one of the thought leaders in talent sourcing in the Netherlands. He had his first Boolean training in 2006 and was one of the first Talent Sourcers in his country. With his company TalentMapper he advises Dutch companies about talent sourcing strategies and leads a team of Talent Sourcers who work at the top 100 companies in the Netherlands. He has also trained many Recruiters and Talent Sourcers. Marcel is always looking for new ways to find, connect and attract candidates by using boolean search, a ton of Google Chrome Extensions and his own network of fellow Sourcers.
